FAQs
Q. How much money id need to book services for an event?
A. Usually a 50% deposit is required to secure a date and time.
Q. When are balances due?
A. Seven (7) business days before event date, all remaining balances would need to be paid in full.
Q. What type of payments are accepted?
A. Cash, Credit/debit Cards, Checks
If paying with a checks, all checks must be sent by certified mail with a signature request or deposit into our business bank at any Eastern Bank location. All checks must be cleared 72 hours before event date.
Q. Are deposits/payments refundable?
A. Any payment made to Balloons Extraordinaire or its management are NOT refundable. Credit is given for up to a year.
